Electron Detailing provides a range of services at your wherever you need us, however there are some details we need to make sure are in place so we can give you the best service and finish to your car possible. For any bookings over a 20 mile radius from the postcode RH10, bookings will be priced accordingly for travel.
Safety for us, you and your car is critical, so we will not start work on any vehicle that is on a unsafe road or located in a pay and display car park. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us before booking.
Life happens and if for any reason you need to change location at the last minute, we will endeavor to meet the new requirements as long as we can adequately complete your booking and still fulfill any bookings following you that day. Our word is our promise, and we don’t want to disappoint others at last minute.
We will require deposits for all services provide at 10% of total cost. This will be need before securing any booking via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
If we can not complete your booking because of issues out of our control, we will rearrange your booking within 30 days of the original booking otherwise you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If on arrival your interior is heavily soiled further charges will apply accordingly. If this is the case when booking, we suggest sending a few pictures to us before booking so that a price can be agreed before arrival. If this is not possible, the price will be agreed on the day before any work is commenced.
When placing a booking you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions. If for any reason bookings that are made but affected by anything previously mentioned may result in a full booking charge being required. This will be provided to you via email and post.
**COVID 19 UPDATE**
We are taking extra precautions at this time, to keep us you and our customers safe. The vehicle will be sanitised down using a sanitiser aerosol before commencing work. We will be only accepting bank transfer at this time. All touch points such as keys will be sanitised and placed in a bag a point of completion. PPE will be worn through any interaction with customers.
